When it comes to tapping, it is generally performed as a subsequent process after press processing, using dedicated tapping machines to process one or multiple pieces simultaneously. However, when production volumes are high, it becomes necessary to increase both the number of dedicated tapping machines and the workforce in the subsequent process. This leads to additional equipment and labor costs, which can significantly increase overall expenses. Moreover, the unit cost of the product will include both press processing and tapping costs, resulting in substantial costs.
