Tap processing built-in mold simulation

For those struggling with cost reduction in mass production of tapped press-processed parts. We contribute to savings with our tap-integrated molds!

We would like to introduce the tap processing built-in mold simulation that we are conducting. For a standard mold, the mold cost is 3,000,000 yen, and there are 2 dedicated tap machines. The press processing cost is 3.00 yen, and the tap processing cost is 5.00 yen, resulting in a total of 8.00 yen × 100,000 units/month, which amounts to 800,000 yen/month. For the tap built-in mold, the mold cost is 4,500,000 yen, and since the tap dedicated machines are built-in, there are 0 units. The tap processing is included in the press processing cost, which is 3.00 yen × 100,000 units/month, resulting in a total of 300,000 yen/month. This results in a difference of 500,000 yen/month, allowing for a reduction of 1,500,000 yen over 3 months. After 3 months, there will be a monthly saving of 500,000 yen compared to the standard mold. This is just an example. In reality, we will conduct a thorough hearing and provide a quote. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
