Introduction of a case where the air quality in the workplace improved through the installation of local exhaust ventilation systems in the construction process.
We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of a push-pull system at a sign manufacturing factory. In the sign manufacturing factory, adhesives are used for bonding logos and letters, which necessitates the exhaust of organic solvents generated during the process. However, due to the various sizes and shapes of the signs, there was a challenge regarding how to properly exhaust these solvents. The introduction of a push-pull system capable of ventilating a large area improved the air quality in the workspace, allowing for safer operations.
