[Case Study] Machining of Parts for Machine Tools
Installation of a push-pull type mist tracer! A case that saves space and reduces costs.
We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of oil mist control equipment for open-type machine tools. During the machining of parts with an open-type vertical lathe, we were unable to install a hood due to operational constraints, resulting in oil mist leaking from the ceiling, which was problematic. By installing a push-pull type mist collector, we were able to save space compared to a full cover for open-type machine tools and reduce costs. [Case Overview] ■ Background of Implementation - While machining parts with an open-type vertical lathe, we were unable to install a hood, leading to oil mist leaking from the ceiling. ■ Improvement Details - We installed a push-pull type mist collector, which improved the factory environment without changing the workability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
