[Case Study] Sugar Industry
Installation of a cross-flow fan! A case where insect intrusion was prevented without interfering with the operation of the conveyor.
We would like to introduce a case study on pest control measures in the shipping process using conveyors. In the sugar manufacturing industry, when sugar was being transported from the second-floor workspace to the first-floor shipping area using a conveyor, insects were entering from the first floor to the second floor. By installing a cross-flow fan and utilizing an air curtain, we were able to prevent insect intrusion without interfering with the operation of the conveyor. 【Case Overview】 ■ Background - Insects were entering while sugar was being transported using the conveyor. ■ Improvement Measures - Installed a cross-flow fan. - Set up insect nets to prevent intrusion through gaps. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
