Nickel plating refers to a type of plating that uses nickel, which is widely used in the plating industry due to its resistance to rust and good corrosion resistance. The appearance can be altered with additives to create bright nickel, semi-bright nickel, and matte nickel, and by layering nickel with different gloss levels, further corrosion resistance can be enhanced. It is also used as a base plating for decorative chrome, as well as for preventing metal diffusion in electronic components such as contacts and connectors. While it can be directly plated onto a wide range of materials, our company is capable of achieving high adhesion plating directly on aluminum and stainless steel.
