Characteristics of Zinc Die Casting Zinc die casting has excellent fluidity and can produce die-cast products with high dimensional accuracy, even for complex shapes and thin-walled products. Additionally, the melting temperature for die casting is lower for zinc die casting (420-450°C) compared to aluminum die casting (670-760°C), resulting in a longer mold life.
