We will introduce examples of how we have solved the functional characteristics challenges faced by our customers and cases adopted through VE proposals. Case 3: Direct Chromate for Zinc Die Casting (for rust prevention) ■ Automotive Parts Manufacturer Company A Due to the very strict dimensional tolerances of the zinc die casting (ZDC1) products, it was not possible to apply electro-zinc plating.
