This is a case study of how our plating and surface treatment technology solved the quality issues faced by our customer. Case Study 2: Achieving burr removal and improved surface roughness for zinc die-cast products using our original chemicals ■ Die-casting company D Burr removal for zinc die-cast (ZDC2) products was being done through barrel polishing, but the burrs on the inner diameter and corners could not be completely removed. Although they engaged in long hours of barrel polishing, the gloss decreased and the appearance worsened. They consulted us about whether our chemicals could help with burr removal. By using our original manufactured chemicals to remove the burrs on the inner diameter and corners, we improved the surface roughness and achieved both burr removal and appearance enhancement at a low cost.
