The new vacuum roll press from Shinto passes the workpiece through a high-precision roll press under a vacuum atmosphere, applying heat and pressure. Continuous processing is possible, which improves productivity.
◆Vacuum Press Method → By using Shin-Toh's unique vacuum jigs, high-quality processing is possible with low power consumption. ◆Single Piece Flow Method → Each piece is carefully processed one by one, ensuring no variation in quality. Traceability management is also possible. ◆Roll Gap Control → Maintains a uniform gap, making it ideal for the thickness adjustment process of the workpiece. ◆Reduction of Processing Time → By dividing the process and adopting the single piece flow method, the time for decompression, heating & pressurization, and cooling is shortened, improving productivity. ◆Cost Reduction & Energy Saving → No repeated heating and cooling, resulting in low power consumption.
