The "Shinto Servo Cylinder (Electric Cylinder)" developed by Shinto, a manufacturer of casting equipment that has been working on the development of automation equipment, is an environmentally friendly actuator. It adopts a direct drive method using a motor, creating an energy-saving and clean environment while demonstrating thrust and durability comparable to hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. ◆ Instantaneous maximum pressing force: The maximum pressing force that the cylinder can output instantaneously (in less than 1 second) when pressed. ◆ Continuous holding force: The pressing holding force that can be continuously output when the cylinder is pressed. ◆ Maximum speed: The maximum speed at the allowable maximum rotation speed of the cylinder. ◆ Rated speed: The cylinder speed at the rated rotation of the servo motor. *The CYAP-03D supports strokes up to 300mm. ◆ Repeatability: ±5μm (when pressed, under constant temperature and load). ◆ Load accuracy: ±5% FS (against full scale, under constant temperature).
