We would like to introduce "FS Plating," which we handle. This technology forms a surface that combines the hardness of metals with the properties of organic and inorganic coatings by applying an electroless nickel plating on a substrate after adjusting the surface condition, resulting in a coating with low friction and non-stick characteristics. It is suitable for packaging machine parts, pharmaceutical machine parts, food machine parts, and electronic machine parts. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Applicable materials - Iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and their alloys in their raw form (machined surfaces), polished surfaces, and blast-treated surfaces. ■ Film thickness - The coating thickness can be processed in the range of 5 to 40 μm, but generally, 10 to 20 μm is used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Other Specifications】 ■ Hardness: The micro Vickers hardness under normal conditions is approximately Hv800 at a load of 100g. ■ Dimensional Accuracy - Since it is an electroless plating, it can achieve a uniform thickness on complex shapes. - For critical components requiring dimensional accuracy, management is possible within a range of ±2.0μ. ■ Non-stick Property: Substances are less likely to adhere, exhibiting excellent release properties. ■ Wear Resistance: Excellent wear resistance due to the synergistic effect of high hardness and low friction coefficient. ■ Low Wear: Prevention of seizure and galling due to reduced friction coefficient. ■ Heat Resistance: No issues with intermittent use at 200℃ (partial decomposition occurs above 300℃). ■ Corrosion Resistance: 96-hour salt spray test with 5% salt solution (varies with film thickness). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
