This allows for a clean appearance of the plating section and creates an effect as if color is embedded within the plating.

<Bubble Layer> For plated or vapor-deposited products, it is possible to create bubbles that form a layer, allowing for fine texture expressions and other intricate details such as small characters and patterns that cannot be achieved through mold forming. Each layer of bubbles has a chain-like shape, generating countless air bubbles within. Additionally, the edges are rounded, creating a sparkling effect due to the lens effect. The process involves coating a bubble-forming layer, such as spray painting, onto the plated or vapor-deposited product, and then applying special processing to generate bubbles within that layer.

<Laser Ablation Deposition> This is a technique that removes the deposition layer by irradiating it with high-energy density laser light, making the underlying surface visible. We can address issues such as irregular reflections that are often a concern with complex-shaped products by utilizing our unique know-how. Additionally, we possess several types of laser machines, allowing us to process materials with machines suited to their shape and material.

<Inkjet (on plating)> Inkjet processing can accommodate a variety of design expressions, from text printing to gradient representation and photographic images. For text printing, it can handle thicknesses of about 1 mm, and gradient printing can continuously change colors, densities, and brightness in ways that other printing techniques like silk screening cannot, allowing for smooth gradient expressions. By changing the density of white printing, it becomes possible to print in various patterns such as transparent printing, semi-transparent printing, and opaque printing.

<Inkjet + Bubble Layer> The combination of the above inkjet and bubble layer allows for a variety of expressions. The bubble layer forms bubbles against the plated and vapor-deposited surfaces, enabling fine textures and other detailed expressions such as small characters and patterns. Each layer of bubbles has a chain-like shape, generating countless bubbles within. Additionally, the edges are rounded, creating a sparkling effect through lensing.

<Inkjet + Magic Coat> The combination of inkjet and Magic Coat allows for such a diverse range of expressions. Magic Coat is a technology that forms a film of plating-compatible resin on non-plating-compatible resin and enables plating. By using the above technology, it is possible to create such plating-printing patterns even for non-plating-compatible resins.
