[AI Image Inspection Case] Seal Discrimination Inspection
We will introduce a case where a simple verification was conducted to detect "price tag stickers" and "half-price stickers."
We conducted a simple verification to detect "price tags" and "half-price stickers" on the packaging of daily necessities sold by a pharmaceutical company, and we received sample images for this purpose. Upon verifying the provided images, we found that it was possible to detect "half-price stickers" and "price tags" using the inspection function of 'DeepSky'. We conducted the verification by dividing the images into 13 labeled images and 26 unlabeled images. Since we are able to detect the stickers themselves, we can set up a counting configuration such that if even one "half-price sticker" is found, it will be marked as NG (not good), allowing us to determine pass or fail. 【Software Used】 ■DeepSky *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
