[AI Image Inspection Case] Detecting Deformed and Curved Parts
After inspecting all images (OK/NG), we found a case where the curved part was judged as NG!
We would like to introduce a case of AI image inspection at a ground improvement manufacturer in the construction industry that has been using our inspection software EI310 (formerly EasyInspector) for some time. By using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to make judgments at five locations. Additionally, when inspecting all images (OK/NG), we were able to determine that the curved parts were classified as NG.
