[AI Image Inspection Case] Inspection and Recording of Product Presence After Packaging Work
After packing the products in the warehouse, we will inspect them for any shortages and record the results in a CSV!
We have received inquiries about our inspection software from shipping companies as well. After packing products in the warehouse, they are considering incorporating an image recording process into the workflow to leave evidence that there are no missing products. Our inspection software is being utilized in various industries. By using the "Presence of Specified Color Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to determine the pass/fail status of the number of items divided into six areas in 0.39 seconds. If the condition is normal, the detection of the specified color above the reference value results in a "pass" judgment. The left image shows the settings screen, while the right image displays the inspection results table. As for the recording method, it is possible to save the results as images or record them in CSV format.
