[AI Image Inspection Case] LED Lighting Inspection
We will inspect whether the LED chips are good products using AI image inspection software!
This is an inquiry from a company that sells lighting fixtures. It is a simple verification to determine whether the LED chips, which are the source of the lighting, are of good quality (i.e., whether there are any defects). There is growing expectation for tools that promote automation and labor-saving in manufacturing lines by combining various inspection systems. We hope to be of assistance to our customers by applying our inspection software. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 The inspection item was positioned within the screen, and settings were made using the EasyInspector "Presence of Specified Color" inspection function. Additionally, the number of lit locations was set in "Counting Mode." The left image is an enlargement of the inspection results, where the green areas indicate the detected parts of the specified color, and the numbers represent the detected pixel count. The right image shows the imaging environment for this inspection.
