[AI Image Inspection Case] Inspection of Connector Soldering
We will inspect the solder of the connector using AI image inspection!
We received a request for inspection of solder on connectors from an electronic components manufacturer. They contacted us through our website, and we agreed to send them samples. 【Inspection Setup and Results】 By using the "Presence of Specified Color Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to inspect the presence of solder in two locations. The left image shows an enlarged screen of the settings for framing the inspection area. The right image detects the shadow of the solder and indicates a pass with a blue frame. It is set to pass if the shadow is detected above a certain threshold. 【Software Used】 Software used: EasyInspector (formerly EasyInspector) The current 'EasyInspector2' color package can perform inspections for the "Presence of Specified Color."
