At the request of a precision machinery manufacturer, we assessed the fine defects on metal parts with oil contamination. They desired a highly accurate inspection of the oil-contaminated areas. For precision products, it is crucial to maintain high quality in order to gain customer trust. Our inspection software supports high-quality shipments. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 We conducted inspection verification on metal parts coated with oil, applying oil to the "shift correction" and "inspection" areas, which were thought to affect the inspection. We performed multiple intersection coordinate position measurement inspections and reported the results. In 10 consecutive inspections, the variation between the MAX and MIN values was 0.009.
