This is a request for a simple verification of metal parts. Our inspection software is designed for easy integration and is sold as a one-time purchase, which has led to numerous inquiries from industrial machinery manufacturers and trading companies. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 We conducted verification of hole presence and hole diameter inspection using the sample we received. As a result, we were able to detect the presence of holes and make judgments. However, regarding the hole diameter inspection, under the current inspection conditions and environment, it was difficult to achieve the requested accuracy of approximately ±0.05mm, and stable judgments could not be made. Therefore, to conduct inspections at the above accuracy, it is necessary to consider alternative inspection methods, such as enlarging the measurement area for imaging and using multiple higher-resolution cameras. This time, we used the "Dimension and Angle Inspection" feature of EasyInspector.
