Detect contaminants on electronic components with AI image inspection software!
We received a request for a simple verification from an electronic component manufacturer that is already using our inspection software "EasyInspector" to see if it can detect contaminants on electronic components. [Overview of the Inspection Item] By using the "Comparison with Master Image" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to inspect one location in 0.94 seconds. We specified the inspection area by setting the mask function "Non-Detection Pixels." The light blue areas in the image indicate all the areas set as non-detection. By setting non-detection pixels, we eliminate false judgments in areas that do not need to be detected, which also shortens the inspection cycle. Our company responds daily to requests for verification, as well as support for settings and imaging methods from customers who have implemented our solutions.
