[AI Image Inspection Case] Inspection of Spray Quality
We will automate the quality inspection of spraying done visually using AI image inspection software!
This is a request from a manufacturer of superhard materials such as metals. They were considering automating the inspection process for spray defects, based on the current situation where the quality of the spray (product inspection) is visually confirmed through captured spray photos or overlays of those photos. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Scratch and Defect Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to inspect one location in 0.49 seconds. The left image is the master image (settings screen). By specifying the pink circle, the inspection area can be set. The right image is the settings screen. 【Software Used】 Software used: EasyInspector The current 'EasyInspector2' color package can be used for [Scratch and Defect Detection] inspections.
