The AI image inspection software determines whether the mounting of the electronic circuit board is correct!
This is an image inspection judgment to determine whether the electronic circuit board implementation is correct. The criteria are (1) tilt (2) vertical position (3) missing parts (4) misalignment and lifting. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 The inspection was conducted using our software EasyInspector. For tilt and missing parts, it was possible to use the "presence of specified color inspection" feature. It was set up so that if the components illuminated by the lighting could be detected as white within the inspection frame, it would be considered a pass. For vertical position, misalignment, and lifting, the "comparison with master image" feature was used, and it was set to pass if the difference from the master image was within 5%. It was able to detect the presence and positional differences of 8 holes and make judgments in less than one second. 【Software and Equipment Used】 Software used: EasyInspector310 (formerly EasyInspector) Field of view: 166 x 88 mm Minimum size of inspection target: 0.5 mm Number of inspection points: 8 Camera resolution: 3 million pixels Lens focal length: 12 mm Distance between lens and product: 530 mm Lighting: Two linear fluorescent lamps The current 'EasyInspector2' color package can perform inspections using the "presence of specified color" feature.
