[AI Image Inspection Case] Dimension Inspection of Parts
The AI image inspection software measures and evaluates the dimensions of the specified terminal parts of each component!
We received inquiries from manufacturers of semiconductors and electronic components, and we conducted a simple verification of the dimensions of electronic parts and terminals. In cases where it is difficult to ship samples, we offer demo units for free, allowing users to experience the inspection software firsthand. Additionally, a trial version is available for download on our website. The inspection software allows for easy pass/fail judgment, operated similarly to Windows software. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 We conducted verification using the samples we received. As a result, we were able to measure the dimensions of the specified terminal parts of each component and make judgments. By using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" function of EasyInspector, we measured 10 positions and made judgments in 3.83 seconds. The left image is an enlarged view of the inspection settings screen. The right image is the inspection results table, where it is possible to set dimension conversion values and record them in CSV format as needed.
