[AI Image Inspection Case] Inspection of the Presence or Absence of Pins on Electronic Circuit Boards
We will conduct a simple verification to see if the pins are visible through the holes in the electronic component's circuit board!
We are considering the introduction of inspection equipment even in tool and machinery manufacturing companies. Recently, due to the impact of declining birth rates and an aging population across various fields, securing skilled workers has become a significant social issue. I feel that an opportunity has arisen to survive and grow businesses by entrusting inspections and judgments to image analysis instead of relying solely on human visual checks. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Presence or Absence of Designated Color Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to determine the presence or absence of 13 pins in 0.57 seconds. The left image shows the live feed, while the right image indicates that the areas with pins inside the holes are marked in blue as "pass," and the areas without pins are displayed in red as "fail." The current 'EasyInspector2' color package can be used for inspections of the "Presence or Absence of Designated Color."
