A metal processing manufacturer established during the Taisho era is achieving meticulous product management using our inspection software. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Presence of Specified Color Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to detect excess material on a pin in one location and make a judgment in 0.09 seconds. In this inspection, when there is excess material on the pin, the image appears as if "the black ring is missing," so we set the criteria to determine pass or fail based on whether the amount of detected black falls below the standard value. When performing image processing under the same conditions, there was a difference in detection amounts between OK and NG products, allowing us to distinguish between the two states through image comparison. However, since the color judgment tolerance range was set somewhat strictly, there is a risk that detection may not be stable depending on conditions such as the brightness of the imaging environment. 【Software Used】 Software Used: EasyInspector Current 'EasyInspector2' color package can inspect for the "Presence of Specified Color."
