[AI Image Inspection Case] Misalignment of Machine Nameplate Printing and Printing Errors
We are conducting a simple verification of printing misalignment, printing errors, and frame interruptions on the machine's nameplate.
We have received a request for a system that can perform character verification (comparison inspection) of machine nameplates. This is from a trading company dealing with electronic measuring instruments, testing machines, and industrial equipment. [Inspection Settings and Results] As a result of verification conducted with the sample we received, we were able to make a judgment in 0.22 seconds using the 'Comparison with Master Image' feature of EasyInspector. The red dots and numbers in the image display the number of pixels around the detected areas. Since we can set parameters suitable for each case, such as printing errors or overall misalignment, it is possible to prevent excessive detection or under-detection.
