[AI Image Inspection Case] Inspection and Recording of Electronic Components

We will inspect small electronic components and record them in CSV format and images!

There have been inquiries about the setup method to automate new inspections even from electronic component manufacturers who are already using EasyInspector. There was a request to use the current imaging environment for a different inspection, but since the size of the inspection target is smaller, it was decided to send samples for verification. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using EasyInspector's "OCR Pro" function, we were able to successfully inspect five locations. Our company's ring lighting was not large enough to capture the entire workpiece, but we were able to confirm all requested inspections. The camera and lens were installed directly above to ensure the printed components could be verified. We created five inspection frames for this inspection. The image on the left shows the list displayed on the inspection results screen. The image on the right is the detailed settings screen for recording in CSV and image format.
