[AI Image Inspection Case] Dimensions of Printed Circuit Boards
We will inspect the dimensions of electronic circuit boards using AI image inspection software!
A previously partnered electronic component manufacturer has sent additional samples for re-inspection through a different test. Such cases are common, and this time we received a request for additional simple verification. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to measure the dimensions at one location. The enlarged image on the left shows that the width from the metal part to the end is within the specified value, resulting in a "pass" judgment (indicated by a blue frame). The image on the right shows that the width from the metal part to the end is outside the specified value, resulting in a "fail" judgment (indicated by a red frame). 【Software Used】 Software Used: EasyInspector Field of View: Not recorded Minimum Size of Inspection Target: 2mm Number of Inspection Points: 1 Camera Resolution: 14 million pixels, resolution changed to approximately 2.3 million pixels (4608×500) Lens Focal Length: 25mm (for high pixels) Distance from Lens to Product: Approximately 350mm Lighting: Fluorescent lighting Distance from Lighting to Inspection Item: 200mm diagonally above Current 'EasyInspector2' MS (MeaSure) package can perform inspections for [Position/Width Measurement] and [Angle Measurement].
