A comprehensive electronic components manufacturer is considering our inspection software with the aim of reducing mistakes and man-hours as they transfer equipment to Japan. Until now, there was only one pattern of printing, but due to requests from users, there is a need to inspect different engravings for each user to avoid errors. **[Inspection Settings and Results]** By using the "Comparison with Master Image" function of EasyInspector, we were able to evaluate the laser printing at six locations. The left image shows the settings. The red and blue boxes in the right image indicate the alignment correction frames. EasyInspector is an easy-to-use, general-purpose image inspection software that can utilize low-cost USB cameras. By simply installing the software and connecting commercially available webcams, you can build an inspection system in a DIY manner that is both low-cost and simple. Since all components, including the image processing engine, are developed in-house, we can flexibly accommodate customizations. **[Software Used]** Software used: EasyInspector The current 'EasyInspector2' color package allows inspection using the "Comparison with Master Image" feature.
