This time, we received an inquiry from a lighting equipment manufacturer. As the demand for inspection automation due to labor shortages has been increasing year by year, there are various types of image inspection systems. Based on over 2,000 successful implementations, our all-in-one image inspection software, themed "easy operation for on-site users," is steadily increasing its implementation results. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 As a result of verification with the sample provided, it was possible to inspect for missing connectors. We created a simple fixture using blocks for the inspection. The field of view was set to accommodate the entire workpiece, and we used EasyInspectors for the "presence or absence of specified color inspection." This time, inspection frames were set at four locations. The left image shows the master image that was set. The light blue and red areas are for misalignment correction. The right image, "Detection Frame 002," shows a failure indication in red because the cable was not inserted. The blue frame indicates a passing detection frame.
