This is an example of circuit board inspection for an electronic component manufacturer. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 As a result of verification conducted with the samples we received, the EasyInspector's "Presence or Absence of Designated Color Inspection" function was able to determine the presence of different types of resistors and capacitors, as well as any missing components. The verification involved judgment at 8 inspection points in 2.98 seconds. The left image shows the inspection frame settings and the master image. The right image shows the area filled in light blue, which indicates the detected designated color.
