Detecting the dimensions of metal parts with AI image inspection software!
We have received sample products from a metal parts manufacturer with whom we have previously conducted business. This is a request for verification of the product dimensions. 【Inspection Setup and Results】 We would like to report the verification results of the dimensional measurements of the samples you sent. This time, we conducted the verification in two parts, assuming the use of two cameras, measuring one side at a time. By using backlight illumination, we were able to capture images that made edge detection easier, and using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we set up 13 inspection frames and completed the inspection in 1.69 seconds. The green frame in the left image is an enlargement of the inspection frame set in the master image. The right image is an enlarged view of the screen displaying the inspection results.
