Detect the dimensions of flat-shaped metal parts with AI image inspection software!
This is the first inquiry from a specialized trading company dealing with aircraft and space equipment. The content was about searching for simple inspection equipment (including software). They seemed to be interested in our products for conducting shape inspections of relatively flat components, approximately 40 cm square. We are also able to accommodate inspection verification and demo units, and we have sent detailed materials as well. 【Inspection Setup and Results】 We conducted measurements on five types of samples that we received. By imaging the edges of the components with transmitted lighting and using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" function of EasyInspector, we were able to perform the inspections. The dimensions were converted based on the dimensions of the good products. The samples we have are typically discarded after two weeks. If you wish to have them returned, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone or email within one week after the report is sent.
