This is an inquiry from an electronic component manufacturer primarily engaged in the production of printed circuit boards. They have requested a simple verification of metal etching processing. Inspection of fine defects can be conducted meticulously using enlarged images. Our company has contracts with agents in Malaysia and China, and sales are also possible. We have also received inquiries from Japanese manufacturers whose products are manufactured at overseas offices. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 Using EasyInspector's "Comparison with Master Image" function, we focused on the smallest defect among the 12 workpieces you sent. We divided the inspection frame into multiple sections and performed shift correction for each to minimize the detection of noise. However, the inspection time takes about 15 seconds. To shorten the inspection cycle, we suggest using multiple cameras or lowering the resolution. However, reducing the resolution may affect the detection capability (stability) of extremely small defects.
