This is an inquiry about the implementation of circuit boards. Inspections related to circuit boards can be said to be the most common inquiries we receive. Our inspection software is already being used in various locations for image inspections of circuit boards. We have received samples shipped from an electronic component manufacturer. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Comparison with Master Image" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to detect the presence or absence of 17 connector insertion points and differences, and we could determine visually similar items (different products) in 0.24 seconds. The areas indicated by the blue circles were detected due to color differences in the components. The areas indicated by the yellow arrows represent false detections that could not be completely eliminated through settings, but they are clearly smaller than the amount detected due to color differences, so they do not affect the inspection.
