In the case of "comparison with the master image," subtle differences for each inspected item (such as the reflection of light due to surface irregularities) may also be detected, leading to a higher risk of misjudgment. However, with "presence or absence of specified color," only white spots will be detected, reducing the likelihood of misjudgment. The specified color was registered as "white" (RGB all 255), and the "color judgment tolerance range" was set to "140." By setting the "detection size judgment" to "count mode" and using "count mode," we can determine whether each individual white spot is classified as NG or OK based on its size (perimeter).
