Since each wire is assigned a specific color, if there is software that can detect the specified colors, the problem can be resolved. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Specified Color Presence Inspection" function of EasyInspector's "Color Comparison Inspection," we can specify the colors of the four wires for each inspection frame. Then, by setting the upper and lower limits of the pass/fail criteria to determine a failure when a color different from the specified one is detected, we were able to achieve detection in less than one second.
