Traditionally, operators counted the holes and checked whether they were in the correct position. With the desire to automate this process through image inspection for efficient and accurate testing, we received inquiries from our company. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Presence of Specified Color Inspection" feature in EasyInspector's "Color Comparison Inspection," we set up inspection frames for 10 holes and configure it to pass if 10 black (holes) are detected. By setting the pass/fail criteria, it becomes possible to detect holes ranging from small to large.
