We will inspect the curvature angle of metal press-processed products and the misalignment of parts!
The molded products in sheet metal processing often require precise accuracy. This time, we conducted an inspection of the curvature angle using two inspection frames. This inspection checks for misalignment of the parts. 【Inspection Setup and Results】 By using the "Dimension Angle Inspection" feature of EasyInspector, we combined two inspection frames and calculated the intersection points. In the repeatability accuracy test, the maximum value was 371.329, the minimum value was 371.308, resulting in a difference of approximately 0.021mm. The inspection cycle time was 0.60 seconds. 【Software and Equipment Used】 Software Used: EasyInspector310 (Ver.2.5.0.0) Field of View: 400 x 300mm Minimum Size of Inspection Target: 40mm Number of Inspection Points: 2 Camera Resolution: 3 million pixels Lens Focal Length: 12mm Distance Between Lens and Product: Not recorded Lighting: None The current 'EasyInspector2' MS (MeaSure) package can perform inspections for [Position/Width Measurement] and [Angle Measurement].
