[AI Image Inspection Case] Inspection of Presence or Absence of Screws in Aluminum Parts
We will conduct a screw presence/absence inspection of aluminum parts in shining gray, white, and brown colors.
This time, we received a request from a major sash manufacturer for an inspection of aluminum parts in Shining Gray, White, and Brown colors, checking for the presence or absence of screws. This customer has also made multiple verification requests, and we are utilizing our image inspection software in various ways. The verification was conducted based on photos of the manufacturing line sent via email. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using the "Presence or Absence of Specified Color" function of EasyInspector, we were able to inspect each color. We set the shift correction to feature recognition and illuminated the product from a 45-degree angle above, which was key to highlighting the screw threads during inspection. Care was needed to ensure that reflected light did not directly enter the camera.
