"SH Series" stainless steel bearings with alignment function
It becomes possible to incorporate self-aligning functionality into conventional stainless steel bearings, allowing for the deflection of rollers and shafts.
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel can also significantly extend the maintenance period. "Features" 1. Corrosion Resistance Since it uses SUS440C stainless steel, it is suitable for corrosive environments, clean rooms, and food machinery. 2. Self-aligning Function It aligns the misalignment of the shaft caused by deflection of conveyor rollers and improper installation, reducing abnormal loads on the bearings. 3. Dust Resistance It is suitable for environments with a lot of dust, powder, and cleaning liquids, as shields and seals can be used. 4. Compatibility It has the same major dimensions as JIS standard series 6200, 6300, 1200, and 1300 (with some exceptions), making replacement easy.
