■ Vacuum Thermal Decomposition Cleaning Equipment "VACUCLEAN" Gently thermally decomposes organic materials in a vacuum environment. Operates solely with water and electricity, leaving no carbon residues. It produces clean exhaust and wastewater, making it very environmentally friendly. It is suitable for cleaning items sensitive to rapid temperature changes and high-value items that must not be scratched (recommended cleaning targets: various filters, multi-layer dies, nozzles, etc.). ■ Fluidized Bed Cleaning Equipment "INNOVACLEAN" Capable of cleaning resins containing halogens such as PVC, PTFE, and PEEK. The generated gases are subjected to secondary combustion in an afterburner, rendering them harmless and allowing for wastewater discharge. (Recommended cleaning targets: segment screws, hot runners, etc.). ■ Gas Oven Cleaning Equipment "MAXICLEAN" Suitable for large parts and the cleaning of large quantities of resin. Compatible with most resins. Its user-friendly design makes it widely used across various industries.
