DI-137 TABS
Simplifying blade maintenance work.
The DI-137 Tracking Analyzer Balance System (TABS) is a compact yet robust tool that enhances the performance of helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft airframes while simplifying maintenance tasks. TABS utilizes a user-friendly VATS/VBAS operator display and keyboard with a proven track record, allowing most VATS/VBAS peripherals and accessories to be used with the DI-137 TABS. Additionally, TABS is designed to meet the following standards, considering use in harsh and demanding environments: MIL-STD-810D environmental requirements MIL-STD-810D shock and vibration requirements MIL-STD-431C EMI (electromagnetic interference) requirements
basic information
The automatic test program can be created on your PC and downloaded to TABS. Pilots and technicians can easily collect data by following the procedures displayed on a large, easy-to-read screen. After data collection is complete, test results are displayed to allow pilots and technicians to quickly identify problem areas and take corrective actions as needed. TABS supports all three aircraft maintenance modes below: 1. Rotor Blade Tracking By using an optional line scan camera, adjustments to the rotor blade tip path and measurements of lead or lag characteristics can be made regardless of day or night. 2. Balance Adjustment Single-plane and dual-plane balance tests can be performed instantly. Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) calculates the phase angle and amplitude of balance anomalies, while the rotor smoothing algorithm simultaneously performs multiple maintenance corrections. 3. Vibration Signal Fast Fourier Transform and 4-channel simultaneous data acquisition capabilities are used to obtain rapid and accurate vibration analysis results.
