Case Study of the Shio Kaze Animal Hospital's Introduction of a Calling Bell

We have introduced a one-touch call system for the call bell at Shio Kaze Animal Hospital. Originally, Shio Kaze Animal Hospital was using a call bell from another company. However, there were rare instances when the signal did not reach the parking lot (in front of the hospital), and when pet owners did not return, staff had to go outside to call them. Additionally, since the system was designed to sound an alarm when the signal did not reach, some pet owners mistakenly thought it was the call sound and returned before their turn, which was problematic. In this context, they expressed interest in our product, and we lent them a demo unit for two weeks. After actually using the one-touch call system, they confirmed that they could smoothly call to both parking lots. There were no concerns about the signal not reaching. They were able to use it with peace of mind and decided to implement it.
