A 受けホッパー B 搬送物 C ホッパー架台 D 二次エアー供給口 E 搬送ライン F バキュームコンベア 真空搬送システムの簡易構成について 完全なコンベヤーシステムの最小構成には、以下の3つが必要です: ・製品の投入部(プロダクトインテーク) →搬送する材料が置かれている容器(シロ、ビッグバッグステーション、ドラム缶など)に応じて、「供給ステーション」または「搬送ガン」が使われます。 ・搬送ライン(輸送管) →パイプラインまたは真空対応ホースを使用して、材料と空気の混合物を搬送します。 ・真空コンベヤーとその制御システム →真空によって材料を吸引し、フィルターで空気と材料を分離。材料はコンベヤー下部の収集タンクに集められます。 動作の流れ: 1 材料は真空の力で空気と一緒に搬送ラインを通って真空コンベヤーへ送られます。 2 規定の時間搬送を行い、必要な量が集まると、制御システムが真空を停止し、下部バルブが開放されます。 3 材料は最終目的地(例:容器やベルトコンベヤー上の製品)に供給されます。
