Sowa Industrial Co., Ltd. handles the carbon fiber packing 'S-5220'. It is made by impregnating special carbon fibers with PTFE dispersion and braided into a rectangular cross-section. It excels in heat resistance and chemical resistance (except for strong oxidizing fluids).
