We would like to introduce a case study of a certain confectionery company located in Niigata Prefecture that implemented a conveyor cleaning nozzle. At this company, cleaning was performed using a high-pressure water hand spray gun to remove soy sauce stains; however, they were unable to sufficiently eliminate the dirt, and the labor involved in the cleaning process was burdensome. Additionally, due to the high-pressure water, it was necessary to ensure the safety of the workers. Therefore, they adopted a dedicated rotary nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning. This made it possible to reliably clean the stains, allowing the workers who were responsible for cleaning to be reassigned to other tasks, which also led to a reduction in labor costs.
