[Case Study] Conveyor Cleaning Unit Nozzle

Cleaning of mesh conveyors! A case where manual cleaning work was eliminated and water usage was reduced by over 20%.

We would like to introduce a case where a conveyor cleaning unit nozzle was implemented at a certain sake brewery. At this brewery, a nozzle header with straight flow nozzles was swung to clean the mesh conveyor, but this was insufficient, and additional manual cleaning was performed using a high-pressure handgun, which posed a problem in terms of the manpower required and the burden on the workers. Therefore, a rotating nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning was adopted, allowing for the reliable washing and removal of rice grains stuck in the mesh, enabling automatic cleaning.
