[Case Study] Switching from Compressor to Blower (Power Supply Equipment Manufacturer)

Improved water drainage effect! A case of contributing to SDGs through reduced power consumption and CO2 emissions.

We would like to introduce a case study from a manufacturer that handles power receiving equipment, distribution boards, and metal cabinets, where a switch from a compressor to a blower was implemented. The manufacturer was using compressed air for the water removal process via air blow, which was problematic due to high power consumption. Additionally, there were concerns about the impact on equipment using air from other processes. By adopting a blower system with lower power consumption, significant reductions in electricity costs were achieved. Since the compressor system was not used at high pressure, the increase in airflow from the blower enhanced the water removal effect. [Case Summary (Partial)] ■ Issues - High power consumption - Impact on equipment using air from other processes ■ Product Introduced: Small Flat Air Nozzle for Blowers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
